It's mostly worksheets that didn't relate to e-commerce which is my type of business. The fb ads help was useless and for only 2 sessions with a guy that didn't care. The good part was the one on one coaching. The coach meant well but he didn't have any effective tools. We were just brainstorming together on our calls. For as much as I was charged I was expecting a more hands on effective approach with better strategies and tools. Paying for this has been the biggest mistake of my business. A very costly error. So beware before signing up for this.
