After reading the agreement and not agreeing to the terms, I requested a refund on April 3. My salesperson (Coach Yanni aka John Marlas) said he doesn't handle refunds. He has passed it along to the correct team department for review. I never signed an agreement and requested my refund promptly once the agreement was read and not agreed upon. But when it comes to the people that "keep the lights on", they are NOT friendly and push us aside as if we are unimportant. They are all about keeping your money once it is received. They will run around the bush when it comes to delivering the service once you pay and will hound you to pay on time. DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE!! They took $1000 from me for a program and they refuse to give me my refund and they have ignored me since day one, I didn’t get the program I didn’t get help with Facebook Ads . I got nothing from them and now they refuse to give me my money. I will be sueing them
