Shocking Client Service Paid for a service that they where advertising and i was scheduled in for a call today and was left sitting on the call for 40 minutes no show and also no contact either i tried calling, emailing, SMS messaging and instagram dm and i got no response of why there was a no show of mawer capitals side. Be aware ! This is very unprofessional

AVOID AVOID AVOID ⛔⛔⛔ In the past, I've had good experiences with this company. However, currently, it's not even possible to access a course bought from them a few days ago. While the support team does respond, they have been unable to provide access to the course. This review will be updated when access to the course is granted. Update: 20 days since paid for the course and still no access. Their intake form is messed up and redirects to the wrong course! I have sent many back-and-forth emails, screen recordings and suggestions to get my account set up but they have not sorted it. I dread to think how they would handle more complex issues that might pop up during their courses and programs. AVOID AVOID AVOID ⛔⛔⛔

the person who helped me Andre was very…the person who helped me Andre was very patient and explained what we were going to do. He also took the time to help check that I had set up things correctly you did keep your promise to deliver the creatives for my ads, and did send someone to help me set it all up. we are going to see how they perform and meet again to assess our next steps,very helpful.
