I provided a detailed description of the offer I'm promoting, and they provided a wide variety of ad creatives that match my offer and did 100% of the work setting them up in my Meta Business account for me. I don't know what's up with some of the 1-star reviews; as long as you follow their process and provide the needed information, you'll have a great experience.

While the support team does respond, they have been unable to provide access to the course. This review will be updated when access to the course is granted. Update: 20 days since paid for the course and still no access. Their intake form is messed up and redirects to the wrong course! I have sent many back-and-forth emails, screen recordings and suggestions to get my account set up but they have not sorted it.
