Great Desktop SMS Software As of 2/14/20, EZ Texting didn't have a mobile app, but they offer a Send-From-Phone feature that allows users to send a text to their subscribers without logging in to their EZ Texting account. Sending text messages is excellent when accessed through a mobile or desktop browser. They offer SMS over 160 characters, detailed reporting, & personalized texts. It also has a built-in voice messaging feature. They don't offer multi-user login credentials.

Highly recommend Working with EZ Text has helped transform our business. Our representative has been there every step of the way and continues to be there if/when we have questions. The system is very easy to use, connecting via API to your own system is extremely easy. I highly recommend using them for your client communication needs.

Non-existent customer service.plus more Non-existent customer service. Constant need to enter 2F security codes - a headache when several employees share duties around the planet across many time zones. Pricing looks cheap but have a strange credit system to confuse you on pricing which ultimately ins't inexpensive. GUI is not user friendly. ON the pro side-reliable sending of texts.

TOTAL SCAM!! TOTAL SCAM!!! The company looked legit. We signed up and as soon as an employee started using the site to text, our account was placed under review. After several days of no response regarding the review, we set up a call with an employee. He said they don't allow financial companies to text with them. I explained we do not do loans or market money products and are not considered a financial company. He said they had decided to not allow us anyhow. I requested a refund of the $125 that I paid. They told me that since we violated terms we don't get a refund. TOTAL SCAM!!!

EZ Texting is an excellent app EZ Texting is an excellent app! We are a senior church and was looking for a way to send out group texts to our members to remind them of our services and special events etc. This app was so easy to set up and use not to mention the excellent customer support I received to help me with questions and to explain how to use the app. This app is also very affordable for our small community church! Our Church is so blessed to have this app. Sincerely, Maria
