GBYou Get What You Pay For I've been using this service for at least 3 months, after switching from Simple Texting, and they still put my text through the review process as if it's an unverified account. Simple Texting had pricing issues, but their service was hassle free. I was trying to save money, but man ... you get what you pay for. It's always best to pay the price for quality.

GBCanceled the service after a day Canceled the service after a day, couldn't use it. Asked for a refund promised but never received. Horrible customer service, and their misuse of AI adds to the frustration. Do not recommend EZTexting at all.

GBEasy to use Easy to use, manage, and super user friendly platform. Would love the ability to purchase phone numbers specific to different acronyms to make marketing a bit easier (ie 725-Textus1) but other than that i love using it!

The system is very easy to use, connecting via API to your own system is extremely easy. I highly recommend using them for your client communication needs.
