Great Desktop SMS Software As of 2/14/20, EZ Texting didn't have a mobile app, but they offer a Send-From-Phone feature that allows users to send a text to their subscribers without logging in to their EZ Texting account. Sending text messages is excellent when accessed through a mobile or desktop browser. They offer SMS over 160 characters, detailed reporting, & personalized texts. It also has a built-in voice messaging feature. They don't offer multi-user login credentials.

We are a senior church and was looking for a way to send out group texts to our members to remind them of our services and special events etc. This app was so easy to set up and use not to mention the excellent customer support I received to help me with questions and to explain how to use the app. This app is also very affordable for our small community church! Could not be happier! I own a service company that visits hundreds of homes each week. Before eztexting, we emailed customers the day before visiting and still had several that would "forget" or just never knew we were coming because they didn't read their emails. If they forgot, they were skipped and then rescheduled. On some days as many as 20% were skipped. With eztexting, a skip is a rare occasion. And if they do forget, they can simply text us back allowing us to reschedule without having to waste time and money getting there. Skips are costly so this is well worth the cost. Couldn't be happier!

TOTAL SCAM!! TOTAL SCAM!!! The company looked legit. We signed up and as soon as an employee started using the site to text, our account was placed under review. After several days of no response regarding the review, we set up a call with an employee. He said they don't allow financial companies to text with them. I explained we do not do loans or market money products and are not considered a financial company. He said they had decided to not allow us anyhow. I requested a refund of the $125 that I paid. They told me that since we violated terms we don't get a refund. TOTAL SCAM!!!
