We are a senior church and was looking for a way to send out group texts to our members to remind them of our services and special events etc. This app was so easy to set up and use not to mention the excellent customer support I received to help me with questions and to explain how to use the app. This app is also very affordable for our small community church! Every time we use EZ Texting the ROI is… Every time we use EZ Texting the ROI is immediate. The phone starts ringing with customers who say things like " We have been meaning to call you and receiving your text was just the reminder we needed." We will defiently be using this service again.

TOTAL SCAM!! TOTAL SCAM!!! The company looked legit. We signed up and as soon as an employee started using the site to text, our account was placed under review. After several days of no response regarding the review, we set up a call with an employee. He said they don't allow financial companies to text with them. I explained we do not do loans or market money products and are not considered a financial company. He said they had decided to not allow us anyhow. I requested a refund of the $125 that I paid. They told me that since we violated terms we don't get a refund. TOTAL SCAM!!!
