GBEZ Texting is an excellent app EZ Texting is an excellent app! We are a senior church and was looking for a way to send out group texts to our members to remind them of our services and special events etc. This app was so easy to set up and use not to mention the excellent customer support I received to help me with questions and to explain how to use the app. This app is also very affordable for our small community church! GBI find using EZ Texting to be very easy… I find using EZ Texting to be very easy and efficient for our needs. My only criticism would be that there is not an integration with our HRIS system.

GBWORST Customer Service Ever (SCAM?) WORST customer service ever. Their sales pitch says 7-day a week customer service. What it doesn’t say is that it takes them 1 business day to acknowledge receipt of your request, then several more days to initiate a dialog with you. It takes weeks to get your service set up and they blame the delays on the telephone carriers. Our service was approved by the carrier until EZ Texting asked us for additional information. When we gave it to them they. once again, put our account on hold and told us that we had to make changes to our web site belore they would unlock our account. We are a 501c7 non-profit and we do not advertise or solicit membership in our organization. Our text message plan was to advise members to check our password protected website for an event or notification. This makes their request to change our web site illogical. When we complained and asked them for a refund, they refused; several days after the request was made. So much for their 7-day a week customer service. Based upon our experience, it is our belief that this web site is a SCAM.

GBEz Texting is the best platform ever Ez Texting is the best platform ever. The onboarding was easy as pie and there customer service is the best. Did I mention how affordable they are? I will never use another texting platform so long as Ez-Texting is around

GBHighly recommend Working with EZ Text has helped transform our business. Our representative has been there every step of the way and continues to be there if/when we have questions. The system is very easy to use, connecting via API to your own system is extremely easy. I highly recommend using them for your client communication needs.
