Customer Support Customer support since day one has ben exquisite, everyone has been so helpful. The only issues i have had at the beginning was my account being flagged twice but they told me why and what I can do to fix the issue.

EZ Texting is an excellent app EZ Texting is an excellent app! We are a senior church and was looking for a way to send out group texts to our members to remind them of our services and special events etc. This app was so easy to set up and use not to mention the excellent customer support I received to help me with questions and to explain how to use the app. This app is also very affordable for our small community church! You Get What You Pay For I've been using this service for at least 3 months, after switching from Simple Texting, and they still put my text through the review process as if it's an unverified account. Simple Texting had pricing issues, but their service was hassle free. I was trying to save money, but man ... you get what you pay for. It's always best to pay the price for quality.

Canceled the service after a day Canceled the service after a day, couldn't use it. Asked for a refund promised but never received. Horrible customer service, and their misuse of AI adds to the frustration. Do not recommend EZTexting at all.
