Could not be happier! I own a service company that visits hundreds of homes each week. Before eztexting, we emailed customers the day before visiting and still had several that would "forget" or just never knew we were coming because they didn't read their emails. If they forgot, they were skipped and then rescheduled. On some days as many as 20% were skipped. With eztexting, a skip is a rare occasion. And if they do forget, they can simply text us back allowing us to reschedule without having to waste time and money getting there. Skips are costly so this is well worth the cost.
