We are a senior church and was looking for a way to send out group texts to our members to remind them of our services and special events etc. This app was so easy to set up and use not to mention the excellent customer support I received to help me with questions and to explain how to use the app. This app is also very affordable for our small community church! Great Desktop SMS Software As of 2/14/20, EZ Texting didn't have a mobile app, but they offer a Send-From-Phone feature that allows users to send a text to their subscribers without logging in to their EZ Texting account. Sending text messages is excellent when accessed through a mobile or desktop browser. They offer SMS over 160 characters, detailed reporting, & personalized texts. It also has a built-in voice messaging feature. They don't offer multi-user login credentials.

Great, for certain businesses We're not able to send texts like we were when we first started using this text platform. With so many changes to carriers, it's been hard to send our texts without interruption or bouncebacks. It's been frustrating. But I appreciate the effort the customer service teams have put in to figure out the problems.

I find using EZ Texting to be very easy… I find using EZ Texting to be very easy and efficient for our needs. My only criticism would be that there is not an integration with our HRIS system.

At first it was a learning curve to be… At first it was a learning curve to be able to use the software to send out group texts to my clients. Once i met with the rep, we went over my concerns and i love using this platform now. Great marketing and communicating tool.
