Customer Support Customer support since day one has ben exquisite, everyone has been so helpful. The only issues i have had at the beginning was my account being flagged twice but they told me why and what I can do to fix the issue.

Great Desktop SMS Software As of 2/14/20, EZ Texting didn't have a mobile app, but they offer a Send-From-Phone feature that allows users to send a text to their subscribers without logging in to their EZ Texting account. Sending text messages is excellent when accessed through a mobile or desktop browser. They offer SMS over 160 characters, detailed reporting, & personalized texts. It also has a built-in voice messaging feature. They don't offer multi-user login credentials.

Ez Texting is the best platform ever Ez Texting is the best platform ever. The onboarding was easy as pie and there customer service is the best. Did I mention how affordable they are? I will never use another texting platform so long as Ez-Texting is around

Canceled the service after a day Canceled the service after a day, couldn't use it. Asked for a refund promised but never received. Horrible customer service, and their misuse of AI adds to the frustration. Do not recommend EZTexting at all.

Great, for certain businesses We're not able to send texts like we were when we first started using this text platform. With so many changes to carriers, it's been hard to send our texts without interruption or bouncebacks. It's been frustrating. But I appreciate the effort the customer service teams have put in to figure out the problems.
