I find using EZ Texting to be very easy… I find using EZ Texting to be very easy and efficient for our needs. My only criticism would be that there is not an integration with our HRIS system.

Canceled the service after a day Canceled the service after a day, couldn't use it. Asked for a refund promised but never received. Horrible customer service, and their misuse of AI adds to the frustration. Do not recommend EZTexting at all.

Could not be happier! I own a service company that visits hundreds of homes each week. Before eztexting, we emailed customers the day before visiting and still had several that would "forget" or just never knew we were coming because they didn't read their emails. If they forgot, they were skipped and then rescheduled. On some days as many as 20% were skipped. With eztexting, a skip is a rare occasion. And if they do forget, they can simply text us back allowing us to reschedule without having to waste time and money getting there. Skips are costly so this is well worth the cost. Couldn't be happier!

Customer Support Customer support since day one has ben exquisite, everyone has been so helpful. The only issues i have had at the beginning was my account being flagged twice but they told me why and what I can do to fix the issue.

EZ Texting is an excellent app EZ Texting is an excellent app! We are a senior church and was looking for a way to send out group texts to our members to remind them of our services and special events etc. This app was so easy to set up and use not to mention the excellent customer support I received to help me with questions and to explain how to use the app. This app is also very affordable for our small community church!
