We are a senior church and was looking for a way to send out group texts to our members to remind them of our services and special events etc. This app was so easy to set up and use not to mention the excellent customer support I received to help me with questions and to explain how to use the app. This app is also very affordable for our small community church! You Get What You Pay For I've been using this service for at least 3 months, after switching from Simple Texting, and they still put my text through the review process as if it's an unverified account. Simple Texting had pricing issues, but their service was hassle free. I was trying to save money, but man ... you get what you pay for. It's always best to pay the price for quality.

At first it was a learning curve to be… At first it was a learning curve to be able to use the software to send out group texts to my clients. Once i met with the rep, we went over my concerns and i love using this platform now. Great marketing and communicating tool.

Great Desktop SMS Software As of 2/14/20, EZ Texting didn't have a mobile app, but they offer a Send-From-Phone feature that allows users to send a text to their subscribers without logging in to their EZ Texting account. Sending text messages is excellent when accessed through a mobile or desktop browser. They offer SMS over 160 characters, detailed reporting, & personalized texts. It also has a built-in voice messaging feature. They don't offer multi-user login credentials.

Constant need to enter 2F security codes - a headache when several employees share duties around the planet across many time zones. Pricing looks cheap but have a strange credit system to confuse you on pricing which ultimately ins't inexpensive. GUI is not user friendly. ON the pro side-reliable sending of texts.
