GBEZ Texting is an excellent app EZ Texting is an excellent app! We are a senior church and was looking for a way to send out group texts to our members to remind them of our services and special events etc. This app was so easy to set up and use not to mention the excellent customer support I received to help me with questions and to explain how to use the app. This app is also very affordable for our small community church! GBTOTAL SCAM!! TOTAL SCAM!!! The company looked legit. We signed up and as soon as an employee started using the site to text, our account was placed under review. After several days of no response regarding the review, we set up a call with an employee. He said they don't allow financial companies to text with them. I explained we do not do loans or market money products and are not considered a financial company. He said they had decided to not allow us anyhow. I requested a refund of the $125 that I paid. They told me that since we violated terms we don't get a refund. TOTAL SCAM!!!

GBEZ Texting is a great tool to reach… EZ Texting is a great tool to reach employees that have limited access to email. Like our warehouse people and Truck drivers. Thank you for making such a great tool. We have 18 different locations, and we can segment and personalize the messages.

GBYou Get What You Pay For I've been using this service for at least 3 months, after switching from Simple Texting, and they still put my text through the review process as if it's an unverified account. Simple Texting had pricing issues, but their service was hassle free. I was trying to save money, but man ... you get what you pay for. It's always best to pay the price for quality.

GBGreat, for certain businesses We're not able to send texts like we were when we first started using this text platform. With so many changes to carriers, it's been hard to send our texts without interruption or bouncebacks. It's been frustrating. But I appreciate the effort the customer service teams have put in to figure out the problems.
