GBWORST Customer Service Ever (SCAM?) WORST customer service ever. Their sales pitch says 7-day a week customer service. What it doesn’t say is that it takes them 1 business day to acknowledge receipt of your request, then several more days to initiate a dialog with you. It takes weeks to get your service set up and they blame the delays on the telephone carriers. Our service was approved by the carrier until EZ Texting asked us for additional information. When we gave it to them they. once again, put our account on hold and told us that we had to make changes to our web site belore they would unlock our account. We are a 501c7 non-profit and we do not advertise or solicit membership in our organization. Our text message plan was to advise members to check our password protected website for an event or notification. This makes their request to change our web site illogical. When we complained and asked them for a refund, they refused; several days after the request was made. So much for their 7-day a week customer service. Based upon our experience, it is our belief that this web site is a SCAM.

GBAt first it was a learning curve to be… At first it was a learning curve to be able to use the software to send out group texts to my clients. Once i met with the rep, we went over my concerns and i love using this platform now. Great marketing and communicating tool.

GBEasy to use Easy to use, manage, and super user friendly platform. Would love the ability to purchase phone numbers specific to different acronyms to make marketing a bit easier (ie 725-Textus1) but other than that i love using it!

GBTOTAL SCAM!! TOTAL SCAM!!! The company looked legit. We signed up and as soon as an employee started using the site to text, our account was placed under review. After several days of no response regarding the review, we set up a call with an employee. He said they don't allow financial companies to text with them. I explained we do not do loans or market money products and are not considered a financial company. He said they had decided to not allow us anyhow. I requested a refund of the $125 that I paid. They told me that since we violated terms we don't get a refund. TOTAL SCAM!!!
