I was not expecting to receive such a diverse group of viewings, but I am glad for them, it gives me a broader range in a variety of locations within the confines of my desk. GBI like that I can view all of the… I like that I can view all of the apartments in a specific area and narrow them down by criteria I set. I also like that Apartment List will either generate or allow me to customize a message to potential places. It's great.

GBApp was good App was good, but could be more user friendly by only recommendation places that fit search filters, not giving more expensive and other location options. Also, couldn’t figure out how to go back and select a place to add to my list if I accidentally “noped” it.

GBAccurate and up to minute updates for… Accurate and up to minute updates for rent specials, price and availability. All within my search criteria that I had provided. I always checked with actual rental site and it was 99% accurate compared to the other sites I've used.

GBNothing about Apartment List is great Nothing about Apartment List is great. i am a property Manager and I truly believe believe this company is a scam. Its a bottom feeder. Its reaps large locating commissions on the backs of all the other large apartment online advertising companies. While doing absolutely nothing. Would not recommend to any business EVER.
