I like that I can view all of the… I like that I can view all of the apartments in a specific area and narrow them down by criteria I set. I also like that Apartment List will either generate or allow me to customize a message to potential places. It's great.

However, it seems none of the landlords/ property management that hold these apartments are held to any standards. 3 weeks now contacting various places,,, crickets. You get an email, a number, the response is either an automated text, you leave numerous voice mails, you email again… and nothing. You call again and leave another message, no call back. Absolute horseshit, there actually are real people that are looking for somewhere to live, as a means to help people find rental property, Apartment list should make the listing agent required to get in contact with potential tenant, otherwise what’s the point here. This app will not help you in any way shape or form.

Apartment List gives me the latest… Apartment List gives me the latest updates on availability of spaces that suit my needs. My mailbox isn't full of messages that don't apply to my circumstances. Thank you for the help in my search for an appropriate home.
