Data mining scam site… Asks way too many personal questions then gives no results unless you verify personal information. This site is nothing more than a data mining scam. Stay away.

I don't know if this is a part of "you… I don't know if this is a part of "you " or the people who list the apartments but I'd rather see on line first what I'd pay for the place before I go "tour" the apartment. I know to some degree what I want and what I can pay for so don't want to get myself into a place I'll have to leave the next year when the rent is raised....

So this Apartment List has a ton of… So this Apartment List has a ton of apartments listed. However, it seems none of the landlords/ property management that hold these apartments are held to any standards. 3 weeks now contacting various places,,, crickets. You get an email, a number, the response is either an automated text, you leave numerous voice mails, you email again… and nothing. You call again and leave another message, no call back. Absolute horseshit, there actually are real people that are looking for somewhere to live, as a means to help people find rental property, Apartment list should make the listing agent required to get in contact with potential tenant, otherwise what’s the point here. This app will not help you in any way shape or form.

App was good App was good, but could be more user friendly by only recommendation places that fit search filters, not giving more expensive and other location options. Also, couldn’t figure out how to go back and select a place to add to my list if I accidentally “noped” it.

I do like the updates I do like the updates, but they’ve started showing me apartments that are definitely out of my price range. Thanks to the company for responding. I now Thumbs down the suggestion and they are going away.
