I do like the updates I do like the updates, but they’ve started showing me apartments that are definitely out of my price range. Thanks to the company for responding. I now Thumbs down the suggestion and they are going away.

The good the bad and the ugly The good: Apartment List is a good source to see, it does work very well, I am happy to have found apartment list. The bad: Lander, an apartment leasing company of sorts that leases furnished apartments within the apartment list.com network, at least they utilize others’ apartment buildings, on website of their own The ugly: occult and biasness, bad ledger format and questionable morals and targeting of solo woman, solo man, and children left alone in their apartment. My reaction: sooner than later I hope to be the one saying as the other solo woman/girls, “Bye ugly” to the administrative staff of two property managers, known here at this apartment. Their appearance is not the ugly, their attitude and the surrounding occultism that is here when they are in the building are the reasons I say “ugly”. Clint Eastwood, where are you when your needed? I am serious to these comment remarks. MMM

I like that I can view all of the… I like that I can view all of the apartments in a specific area and narrow them down by criteria I set. I also like that Apartment List will either generate or allow me to customize a message to potential places. It's great.

Accurate and up to minute updates for… Accurate and up to minute updates for rent specials, price and availability. All within my search criteria that I had provided. I always checked with actual rental site and it was 99% accurate compared to the other sites I've used.

Always Helpful! I use this website to help my case management clients find housing. It updates you with housing that fits your needs and gives you choices that might be outside your goals but still reasonable! So helpful!
