Nothing about Apartment List is great Nothing about Apartment List is great. i am a property Manager and I truly believe believe this company is a scam. Its a bottom feeder. Its reaps large locating commissions on the backs of all the other large apartment online advertising companies. While doing absolutely nothing. Would not recommend to any business EVER.

The creator captured a way to look at properties that only fit your individual lifestyle. I’ve been using this APP for a few months and have finally decided that I found exactly what I’m looking for.
