However, it seems none of the landlords/ property management that hold these apartments are held to any standards. 3 weeks now contacting various places,,, crickets. You get an email, a number, the response is either an automated text, you leave numerous voice mails, you email again… and nothing. You call again and leave another message, no call back. Absolute horseshit, there actually are real people that are looking for somewhere to live, as a means to help people find rental property, Apartment list should make the listing agent required to get in contact with potential tenant, otherwise what’s the point here. This app will not help you in any way shape or form.

I don't know if this is a part of "you… I don't know if this is a part of "you " or the people who list the apartments but I'd rather see on line first what I'd pay for the place before I go "tour" the apartment. I know to some degree what I want and what I can pay for so don't want to get myself into a place I'll have to leave the next year when the rent is raised....

Since enlisting with this site they… Since enlisting with this site they have sent to my inbox a steady stream of listings in variety. I was not expecting to receive such a diverse group of viewings, but I am glad for them, it gives me a broader range in a variety of locations within the confines of my desk. My Personality has been captured in an App… Your App has the best way to keep myself and others safe while using the App and it is an easy way to look for their next living situation because of the many, many options that are given to narrow your search if you use the filters. The creator captured a way to look at properties that only fit your individual lifestyle. I’ve been using this APP for a few months and have finally decided that I found exactly what I’m looking for. I hope everyone enjoys using this APP as much as I do/did.

Awesome! I am moving in about 6 months. But your selections have greatly narrowed my search to one neighborhood and about 5 buildings. Since I am doing this long distance during a pandemic, the help has been awesome. So much better than any other sites
