I was not expecting to receive such a diverse group of viewings, but I am glad for them, it gives me a broader range in a variety of locations within the confines of my desk. However, it seems none of the landlords/ property management that hold these apartments are held to any standards. 3 weeks now contacting various places,,, crickets. You get an email, a number, the response is either an automated text, you leave numerous voice mails, you email again… and nothing. You call again and leave another message, no call back. Absolute horseshit, there actually are real people that are looking for somewhere to live, as a means to help people find rental property, Apartment list should make the listing agent required to get in contact with potential tenant, otherwise what’s the point here. This app will not help you in any way shape or form.

Awesome! I am moving in about 6 months. But your selections have greatly narrowed my search to one neighborhood and about 5 buildings. Since I am doing this long distance during a pandemic, the help has been awesome. So much better than any other sites

I moved to a new city and didn't know… I moved to a new city and didn't know where to look for an apartment. This site asked me questions about my preferences and matched with a better suited places. I wish they had more listings to match my needs with.
