Always Helpful! I use this website to help my case management clients find housing. It updates you with housing that fits your needs and gives you choices that might be outside your goals but still reasonable! So helpful!

I do like the updates I do like the updates, but they’ve started showing me apartments that are definitely out of my price range. Thanks to the company for responding. I now Thumbs down the suggestion and they are going away.

However, it seems none of the landlords/ property management that hold these apartments are held to any standards. 3 weeks now contacting various places,,, crickets. You get an email, a number, the response is either an automated text, you leave numerous voice mails, you email again… and nothing. You call again and leave another message, no call back. Absolute horseshit, there actually are real people that are looking for somewhere to live, as a means to help people find rental property, Apartment list should make the listing agent required to get in contact with potential tenant, otherwise what’s the point here. This app will not help you in any way shape or form.

Accurate and up to minute updates for… Accurate and up to minute updates for rent specials, price and availability. All within my search criteria that I had provided. I always checked with actual rental site and it was 99% accurate compared to the other sites I've used.

Dear Apartment List PM If your PMs read this, your onboarding flow was one of the worst I've ever experienced. I answered 15+ questions about what I was looking for, then was forced to give a fake phone number, then had to click through a demo how to use your product that I couldn't skip. I still haven't gotten any value from clicking on your ad and am going elsewhere. There are 20 other competitive products I could use - try providing users some value by showing apartments instead of showing off every feature you've shipped in the last year
