Is there anything lower than "1 star"… I am sympathetic with the "1 star" reviews. Read the LegalMatch public complaints about reviews. "Thou doest complain too much." One attorney that replied to me was emailed a narrative of the cause. He never responded. The other, has yet to follow instructions but offers a first fifteen minutes free consultation. This was my first experience with this… This was my first experience with this type of Service. So I didn't know what to expect. I was very surprised to receive a response that was immediate! My phone started ringing, and my E-Mail started filling up! I quickly arranged an appointment, had an initial consultation yesterday, and completed the hiring paperwork today. In addition to the many phone and E-Mail responses, I also received a very nice call from a LegalMatch employee to make sure everything was going well. Nice touch! Nightmare for attorneys I regret ever signing up with LegalMatch. They are constantly confused about where I work and what I do and keep sending the wrong kinds of cases to the wrong attorneys in my office. I've been trying since last year to get things corrected and I finally had to give up. They will try to sign you up for an abusive auto-renew contract with a limited cancellation window, so be careful there, too. Avoid.
