My experience, with her help, proved very rewarding and quite a pleasure as she ushered in an atmosphere that left me feeling comfortable and at ease. The feature of my novel turned out great and proved a huge benefit.

Disappointing experience I was invited via LinkedIn to submit an article introducing myself (as an author) on Readers Magnet. I was really excited and had hoped to engage with other authors and be part of a writing community, but after creating the account, waiting for access and working on getting it submitted and published, there was nothing. No reactions, no comments, no likes or any kind of activity to let me know that people had read the article at all. In fact, after scrolling the page, there were tons of other authors articles and no activity pertaining to them either. It feels as though I typed up an assignment and held it out the car window and let go. Maybe this would work better on social media, so that writers get some reactions and comments. I was quite disappointed that I worked hard on something and it's just sitting there, in the void. I won't be doing this again, as it was a waste of time and effort. If I work on a book and eventually publish it, at least then there's a chance of people buying it. I am disappointed but I learned to value myself & my time more.

Article on Psychic Voices I was approached by Lena Elliot, and offered the opportunity to answer some questions about my novel, Psychic Voices. At first, I was wary of a hidden cost, but there was no charge! This is such a great service! I really recommend it - it’s so helpful for increasing an authors visibility. Lena was polite, and easy to communicate with. Many thanks again to The Authors Lounge.

Great new platform for writers and readers It’s great to have this new platform for writers to tell readers something about their books and for readers to find out more about writers and their work. I was invited to submit an article - free, I should add- to the Authors’ Lounge about my debut novel, and the team were super-friendly, super-helpful and super-efficient. My article was posted the very next day.
