The training is high energy but they make sure that everyone is clear on the training and they will answer questions until there aren't anymore. Very rare indeed for an online training. The sessions are live, not pre-recorded. The program includes a software package that is very comprehensive and compares favorably to the high-priced all-in-one systems, but at a very reasonable price. I have signed up for a lot of training courses, but so far PIB is showing great promise for being the best.
