High-Quality Patches & Great Customer Service This is the third year we've purchased patches from Signature Patches for our non-profit's year-end awards recognition program. We've been very impressed, not only by the quality of the patches, but also the ease of ordering. Signature Patches has been a great company to work with.

Customer service is exceptional Customer service is exceptional, and made the ordering process flawless. When we received our product, it was so much better than we had expected. We redid an existing emblem, and the improvements made by their designers were amazing. They did so much more than "the bare minimum," and we are thrilled.

Superb Customer Service - This is how businesses should be run. Thank you Kenny Watson and Team I ordered from this company 2 sets of patches (same logo but different colours). The coloured version of the patches they nailed out of the gate, and I was very satisfied with the quality. I also ordered a "tactical" olive drab subdued colour variant of the same logo, and the first time it arrived, the colours were a bit too bright for my liking. Without hesitation, Kenny was there to satisfy me without me even asking. He went out of his way for months to make sure the colour I envisioned for the patches were up to my standard - and he and his team nailed it! He did not charge me at all for the second set of patched. I am a very satisfied customer. The product is great, and the customer service is what really seals the deal for me. This is how businesses should be run, and I will definitely be a returning customer.
