After getting access to their partner portal (which btw looks very professional, easy to navigate and has helpful tools inside) was greeted with a video on how to navigate the portal. Onboarding clients with a well crafted form helps a ton to get you going with no headache. Also very happy to see marketing material and a guide telling you how to get more prospects is a no brainer! Also the icing on top is the communication from support if you have questions or get in a jam is top notch.
