Removed the mobile version with no warning Removed the mobile version, pretended not to know that it was something they offered. Upon talking to support - they acted like they had no idea about the old mobile version of Anyword that would let us generate copy on the go. I had to send their own url for the mobile version to the support member who replied to my email. Prior to the sudden removal of mobile, it would have a weird formatting issue where quotation marks wouldn't appear in text. I complained and nothing was done to rectify the issue after months of the weird issue. Unprofessional.
