We have been with Reputation Defender… We have been with Reputation Defender for over 2 years and Cliff Gollehon has been our service agent for one of those years. He continues to follow up on our needs and scans the internet for violations. He found one website had resubmitted our information after dropping it at his request. He said he is following up again with that website. Great agent, great asset.

She was always very professional, very understanding and thorough with reviewing our account progress, scheduling our meeting calls and passing on our feedback to the writing team. Competent staff and great service Competent staff and great service. After taking time to fully complete the background sections during set-up, it's very much a set-it-and-forget-it product. Norton does their thing in the background without me having to think or worry about it. Worth every penny to have the peace of mind from knowing students (and their families...) can't get my personal information from a quick Google search!
