2x Campaign customer I've used Backersinfo on two separate campaigns now. What I can tell you is the value is insane. For the $200 in my particular category, their services have led to over $10k in conversions. But contrast, another ad agency I spent $600 on converted to, drum roll, $300 in conversions. Which based on our cost of product, was a -$450 ad spend. To get over $10k in conversions on Facebook ads, we spent $1500. There are lots of other agencies that will charge a lot more, or a percentage of your crowdfund- but Backersinfo offers a clear value add at a discount price.

communication & results They have good communication, and Follow up. They gather information and try to align your campaign with the best backer odds/interests, instead of just shooting in the dark. They show you sample emails to be approved before send off and do a good job with follow up and showing you what the conversion rates are (opened emails, links clicked etc).
