2x Campaign customer I've used Backersinfo on two separate campaigns now. What I can tell you is the value is insane. For the $200 in my particular category, their services have led to over $10k in conversions. But contrast, another ad agency I spent $600 on converted to, drum roll, $300 in conversions. Which based on our cost of product, was a -$450 ad spend. To get over $10k in conversions on Facebook ads, we spent $1500. There are lots of other agencies that will charge a lot more, or a percentage of your crowdfund- but Backersinfo offers a clear value add at a discount price.

Open and consistent communication. Open and consistent communication that's what makes working with BackersInfo worth it. I used them for one of my Kickstarter campaigns (Nira X: Reborn) and they did a great job of getting the campaign out there (thought by the time I came to them the project was already funded).
