The best that can be said about a business is, when the effort does not succeed as expected, the business honors its written policy about refunds. To their credit, the folks at Backersinfo honored their commitment to me.

I used them for one of my Kickstarter campaigns (Nira X: Reborn) and they did a great job of getting the campaign out there (thought by the time I came to them the project was already funded). So when I needed a lot of assistance with my newest campaign "Tales From the Asylum" (campaign ends on Dec 27, 2023!) I went to BackersInfo. Their team helped me put together a streamlined marketing campaign and they were open with who and how many accounts/people they would be able to market to on my behalf. I had hoped for more people and they worked with me to ensure that my project was a tight as possible. My current campaign is still in the works but I do feel that they had a strong part in getting the project in front of as many eyes as possible.

Although, their social media strategies did not receive the traffic what we expected, they provided hundreds of click through their super backers campaign. Small price to reach a targeted backer audience. Highly recommended!

Prompt and courteous! So far the staff at backersinfo have been prompt in reaching out as well as responding. They also take initiative in updating your campaign profiles, generated graphics, etc (after approval). It is refreshing to find a company with this type of service! They have just started contacting their database of backers so hopefully all of this hard work (their team and ours) will get a successful crowd funding campaign - 30 days to go!!!! Fantastic Team Fantastic Team. They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I came across many services however Backers Info pricing was affordable. I went ahead with the $50 plan. Fram drafting email template to filtering target specific backers, Backers Info is definitely the best for kickstarter promotions. Chloe was fabulous. She went above and beyond all times, from suggesting sample backers list and then bringing backers for our project. These are the experts you want on your side. They know the process to get you there. It’s well worth the money for their target specific services. I hight recommend to fellow kickstarter creators!
