They worked with me on my Kickstarter campaign, "Icemouse2: A Bamboo Mouse that Brings You Good Mood”. Within 48-72 hours, they designed email template, media template, and social media images. I had hoped for more people and they worked with me to ensure that my project was a tight as possible. My current campaign is still in the works but I do feel that they had a strong part in getting the project in front of as many eyes as possible.

communication & results They have good communication, and Follow up. They gather information and try to align your campaign with the best backer odds/interests, instead of just shooting in the dark. They show you sample emails to be approved before send off and do a good job with follow up and showing you what the conversion rates are (opened emails, links clicked etc). I think it's worth it if you are unsure where to start or want to let someone else handle marketing for you. It's helped me with my Cherry Blossom Axolotl Kickstarter.
