They also take initiative in updating your campaign profiles, generated graphics, etc (after approval). It is refreshing to find a company with this type of service! 2x Campaign customer I've used Backersinfo on two separate campaigns now. What I can tell you is the value is insane. For the $200 in my particular category, their services have led to over $10k in conversions. But contrast, another ad agency I spent $600 on converted to, drum roll, $300 in conversions. Which based on our cost of product, was a -$450 ad spend. To get over $10k in conversions on Facebook ads, we spent $1500. There are lots of other agencies that will charge a lot more, or a percentage of your crowdfund- but Backersinfo offers a clear value add at a discount price.

Open and consistent communication. Open and consistent communication that's what makes working with BackersInfo worth it. I used them for one of my Kickstarter campaigns (Nira X: Reborn) and they did a great job of getting the campaign out there (thought by the time I came to them the project was already funded). So when I needed a lot of assistance with my newest campaign "Tales From the Asylum" (campaign ends on Dec 27, 2023!) I went to BackersInfo. Their team helped me put together a streamlined marketing campaign and they were open with who and how many accounts/people they would be able to market to on my behalf. I had hoped for more people and they worked with me to ensure that my project was a tight as possible.
