Although, their social media strategies did not receive the traffic what we expected, they provided hundreds of click through their super backers campaign. Small price to reach a targeted backer audience. Highly recommended!

Transparent and effective I'm terrible at building Email lists. But those attract the majority of my backers. Backerinfo is a great solution for those creators. Not only were they able to deliver on every single part of their promise, they also ensured that they provided timely feedback on all their activities as well as proof of work done.. I would gladly recommend them as many times as possible and as we speak, we are already working with them on our next project!

communication & results They have good communication, and Follow up. They gather information and try to align your campaign with the best backer odds/interests, instead of just shooting in the dark. They show you sample emails to be approved before send off and do a good job with follow up and showing you what the conversion rates are (opened emails, links clicked etc). I think it's worth it if you are unsure where to start or want to let someone else handle marketing for you. It's helped me with my Cherry Blossom Axolotl Kickstarter.
