2x Campaign customer I've used Backersinfo on two separate campaigns now. What I can tell you is the value is insane. For the $200 in my particular category, their services have led to over $10k in conversions. But contrast, another ad agency I spent $600 on converted to, drum roll, $300 in conversions. Which based on our cost of product, was a -$450 ad spend. To get over $10k in conversions on Facebook ads, we spent $1500. There are lots of other agencies that will charge a lot more, or a percentage of your crowdfund- but Backersinfo offers a clear value add at a discount price.

communication & results They have good communication, and Follow up. They gather information and try to align your campaign with the best backer odds/interests, instead of just shooting in the dark. They show you sample emails to be approved before send off and do a good job with follow up and showing you what the conversion rates are (opened emails, links clicked etc). I think it's worth it if you are unsure where to start or want to let someone else handle marketing for you. It's helped me with my Cherry Blossom Axolotl Kickstarter.

That BackersInfo Honored Their Commitment That BackersInfo could not secure any backing for my websites had more to do with the websites than the efforts of Backersinfo. The best that can be said about a business is, when the effort does not succeed as expected, the business honors its written policy about refunds. To their credit, the folks at Backersinfo honored their commitment to me.
