Prompt and courteous! So far the staff at backersinfo have been prompt in reaching out as well as responding. They also take initiative in updating your campaign profiles, generated graphics, etc (after approval). It is refreshing to find a company with this type of service! They have just started contacting their database of backers so hopefully all of this hard work (their team and ours) will get a successful crowd funding campaign - 30 days to go!!!! communication & results They have good communication, and Follow up. They gather information and try to align your campaign with the best backer odds/interests, instead of just shooting in the dark. They show you sample emails to be approved before send off and do a good job with follow up and showing you what the conversion rates are (opened emails, links clicked etc). I think it's worth it if you are unsure where to start or want to let someone else handle marketing for you. It's helped me with my Cherry Blossom Axolotl Kickstarter.
