Good technical help Great company, with nice and patient staff. It's sometimes a bit difficult to reach them in the afternoon/late morning due to timezones, but that's pretty fair. Had good technical help with lagging issues for my minecraft server and got helpful advice.

An amazing experience An amazing experience, I loved using this to host my previous Minecraft server. It ran very smooth and it had no problem with handling over 40 people.

Wasn't sure at first..but now.. Moving from another host (due to issues, but won't name them) to this one was a small gamble as they are fairly new. But it surely (!!!) paid off. Throughout the entire process, they consistently prioritized customer satisfaction, ensuring it surpassed all expectations. Performance has been great, price has been great, and customer communication has been great. They are really making the client panel pterodactyl their own. Feedback has been taken into consideration, and even applied a few times. Simple quality-of-life things like automatic login to their database are not required, and I have never seen it with another host. but, they made it possible, and that's what makes the difference. The small things. Can't wait what else they have in store for their customers. But I'm there for it! Can't recommend them enough.
