Absolute scam . Absolute scam .. tried to buy elden ring runes. The 1st person called lily told me the order had all ready completed which was nonsense. Then had to rejoin chat 3 more times each person called lily and clearly different people (their writing styles had changed) Each person gave me a different excuse why it was not working. Stay away and do not purchase. Most of the good reviews are completely fake.

Slow, but honest service. I bought a lot of D2R items from this website - mostly runes - and my experience was mixed. Sometimes they reply in a couple of minutes (fastest I ever received my items was in literally one minute), but there are also times when they may take from half an hour up to two hours to deliver your items. Not very practical if you're on a tight schedule. What's worse, sometimes they don't have items available to give you, that could easily be gotten through trading, but they tell you to "wait for them to collect" said items. The good news is the customer support is friendly and helpful enough to let you exchange your unfulfilled order for something of similar value that is in stock, but that's very annoying at times. I'd probably recommend it over other RMT websites, but it could improve a lot.
