GBgreat customer support Fantastic! The user interface was so easy for my team to use. We were able to build an onboarding for our landing pages so easily, and their preset templates made it perform well. They allow for very useful customization as well! Best of all, their customer support is so nice.

GBDuplicate payments taken The customer support is awful, I asked to leave the platform because of a lack of ROI. I was then emailed continuously asking me to stay. Upon further investigation I noticed 3 payments had been taken when only 1 was due. When raising my concern I was told "I think there is some confusion at your end which you need to clarify.". Having sent bank statements to prove payments had been taken - the issue was "escalated". Poor, poor communication.
