WEB DESIGN HARBOR...Outstanding WDH was very helpful in educating me about websites generally as I had not had a website in many years. Addy and support staff were professional, knowledgeable, always friendly, patient and could not have been more responsive to the many changes I requested. They designed a beautiful and appropriate logo. they got my website registered (?) on Google? All in All...I would highly recommend WDH and would Enjoy working with them again.

inmyhands.org After researching several web site developers we went with 1, paid our fee and they were not accommodating for a nonprofit. We canceled them and found Eric & Bruce at Web Design Dock. Eric West was very helpful in choosing the right plan for our nonprofit and he helped thru the process. Bruce Lockwood, Senior Technical Lead worked with us to get our vision of what we wanted live on a website. It took some time of back and forth till he and his team accomplished what we were looking for. We had a tight deadline at the end of the process and Bruce worked hard to meet the deadline. We are up and running and look forward to working with them to keep our site updated and running smooth for the next year+.

My experience with WebDesign Dock I’ve worked mostly with Richard and Frank for my website development. Both were very easy to work with but Frank really stands out with regard to keeping up with the changes and he’s done an outstanding job. He makes notes on everything that needs a change and carries through to completion. My only complaint is the total charges should be laid out and documented prior to beginning development. I honestly could not afford this project but by the time I realized it was going to drain my accounts, I was already in too deep. I feel it was an underhanded way to keep my business.

I was unsure they reassured me The owner of the company, Alan Parker, called me on the phone and he reassured me that he would make my author website a reality. It was only after speaking with Alan that I decided to go forward with the project. Everyone was very knowledgeable and responded promptly to my requests. I was assigned a project manager, Jeremy, and he called me on the phone several times to ensure that the site was everything I wanted it to be. They are recommended!

Very Happy with Service Easy to work with. Quick turn around. Great Attribute: Good Communication. Available by email and by phone call or text. Bruce Lockwood was very responsive and available by phone when needed. The only way we want to work with companies outside our local area is if there is good communication and sometimes that requires a phone call. We were updating our website but will eventually do a complete re-design.
