At one point, I reached out with different information than one of my co-workers, and the account manager made a point to clear up the communication issues with us before moving forward. The quality of the writing is great too - it's worth it to pay a bit extra for the more experienced writers, in my opinion. Very good work!

The only problem is lack of… The only problem is lack of consistency, this is, to be honest, can be scary, especially for classes. Maybe it's some of the experts you work with. Old companies like EldoWriters or freelance sites are a little expensive but very consistent so my advice; is to please try to work with better experts to improve. Thank you
