ECResponsive + Great giving solutions They have been responsive and helpful. Had an issue with an order that got me charged monthly and yearly (when I only got the yearly plan). They immediately went ahead and helped me with a refund. Happy to recommend them in the future.

GBPlugins okay but no support Plugin seem to work correctly, but support is not replying to simple account related questions. You can only pay per year, I cancelled this and have a simple question regarding this. Created already two tickets over the past weeks but no response. For now 3 stars. @support start replying your customers!

NGTerrible Support System and Card Arbitrary Charges Got some plugins and themes. Some were useless as either the license keys don't work or you will be unable to update them. Very terrible customer and support system as they will never respond to your email for help nor do they honor refund request. They arbitrarily and randomly charges your payment card on file even when it's not your subscription due date.

GBBIG MONEY SAVER I see some people have given below 5 stars, and I find that unfair. I say it's unfair because the only reason why they would do that is because something didn't work perfectly. I've had problems myself. You must remember, PluginsForWP is strictly online and there are many things that happen on the internet that can interfere with something else. No one can control everything. It would be like trying to control or even know everything in outer space. Yet, whenever an error occurs I contact PluginsForWP and they're on it. This is a fantastic service and big money saver.

AEthese guys are amazing these guys are amazing, the support is on top. I have a problem, they fix it, a plugin or theme needs an update, they immediately do it, I'm really happy I found them.
