Terrible Support System and Card Arbitrary Charges Got some plugins and themes. Some were useless as either the license keys don't work or you will be unable to update them. Very terrible customer and support system as they will never respond to your email for help nor do they honor refund request. They arbitrarily and randomly charges your payment card on file even when it's not your subscription due date.
