Fake reviews and no marketing savvy direction Boost your campaigns is made up of fake reviews, poor management, and unrealistic promises. Right from the beginning the awkward fellow I interacted with lacked transparency and dodged serious inquiries. It's clear that this agency is not top-notch but they simply make grandiose promises without any real basis (it's unclear where their confidence stems from). They provided no meaningful guidance for my project, except for running cheap ads. Looking at their outdated website that’s reminiscent of something from 2017 tells you all you need. I might have been better off with Launchpad instead. Edit: I see that you responded. if you prefer playing high school politics and responding with attempts to be snarky you should seek a course in customer service. I’m not a competitour, and if I were I doubt you’d be a threat to even write about.

They have a very professional team, passionate about their work and they really know the area. Poor Experience We had to drive everything from our side, including create our own campaign page after the first one looked terrible! We delayed our campaign based on there advice which turned out to be detrimental...only thing positive was the write up of the PR but no response over weekends or public holidays and you have to chase them for everything...we didn't have a good experience.

The Boost team helped our campaign… The Boost team helped our campaign through a major overhaul after we did not succeed the first time. We had many questions and worries after failing the first time with another agency helping us, but the Boost team was always available, responsive and helpful during the process until the end of our 2nd, this time successful, Kickstarter.
