We contracted Small Biz Triage to… We contracted Small Biz Triage to perform an evaluation of our Mail Chimp Campaign and then provide follow on services for our campaigns. Seth was our point of contact and after a very brief review and test of our campaign told us he would be in contact with us for a new strategy and direction, which is what we prepaid for. Unfortunately Seth never reached back out, almost a month later, when a prompted email for a review was sent, he called. The bottom line is that they charged us for a service that provided no real takeaways and then left us hanging. Zero apologies, zero excuses, and zero professionalism. If you are looking for Mailchimp assistance I suggest you take your business to someone who really understands the business and cares about clients.
