The staff is very helpful and I've become to understand much better on how to use social media for building audiences and achieving goals that help our overall marketing strategy. Can't give full stars though due to our campaign not achieving the objectives that were set out. Nevertheless, a solid 8 out of 10 if I could rate it that way.
