visual aids I loved the online videos and how they showed all the forms. The visual aids really helped to give me a better understanding.

I learned some new and useful material… I learned some new and useful material that I'm sure will come handy later. some of the sections seemed very similar. It was easy to follow and understand. Tests need to be improved, mostly the wording. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, and I have already added other items to my library. Thank you and I look forward to more classes.
