Consistent, realistic, comprehensive support for business owners After being through a couple other coaching programs and experiencing moderate benefit from them, I had a much better idea of what I was looking for when it came to business coaching. First, I wanted to work with a group who had a clear, step-by-step, tried-and-true strategy for growing my practice through marketing and sales techniques. Second, I wanted a well-formatted, organized business systems plan to allow me to manage leads and facilitate growth. Finally, I wanted consistent support (especially after another coaching program I'd previously done--which cost the same amount of money--left me feeling awkward about reaching out for help and often left my questions on read). With Clinical Marketer, Check in calls happen each week, with almost daily opportunities to interact with their team and other group members on group calls, in addition to 1:1 support that can be requested as-needed. They are good about outlining next steps each time you talk with them and, for a business newbie like me, this was the kind of handholding I'd hoped for. All in all, CM delivered on all counts. I'm grateful that I went with them. You do need to be charismatic and know how to market yourself when you are a cash-based PT. This may not come naturally to all PTs, but CM provides you with strategies to build those skills.

Finally a coaching group that delivers on their promises I’ve been working with clinical marketer for about a year and a half and I have to give them a ton of credit in the growth of my business. I have leaned on the staff to help with things like marketing, sales, and hiring. Each time I go to them for help I am always amazed at the advice because it is always ACTIONABLE instead of just blanket lip service. The online modules provide a ton of great information and a ton of value, but the real crowning jewel is the team. The group of people who are clinical marketer are authentic and a serious group of incredible humans.

CM Delivers! I have used several coaching programs for PTs. I've had a lot of good experiences, but this is by far the best! The value they pack into their program cannot be matched!! The systems they help you put into place are a game changer. With their ads program and their mastermind program, I've been able to set it up so I know I am getting leads in consistently week after week and month after months. They deliver! The amount of stress their systems alleviate is immense. If you are thinking about doing it, just do it!!!!

Do not waste any more time, work with them now! I opened my practice in the beginning of 2023 as a side hustle and went all in in May. Things were slowly improving and I was networking with locals gyms, but business was still not where I wanted it to be. I needed a reliable source of leads. I had minimal systems in place. I am kind of a unique situation where I was wanting more of a lifestyle business by working in the clinic 3 days a week and being with my kids the other days.
