GBI bought a Samsung tab for £1249 I bought a Samsung tab for £1249. Didn't received the money £624.50 back. They are saying they sent it an account which is not mine and keep saying that was the number I gave them. After 9 months they refused to give refund. I lost out on the free keyboard and cover. There is no telephone number etc. So you have to just depend on a person to reply. I would never use them again. You said that the account details I submitted how can it go wrong? When I sent all the details via email. You also had my details from a previous item asked you to compare it but that was not done. So you gave someone the money that was owning to me. How incompetent. Cant speak to a person and then asking me to ask family member if they have the money. It would flag up at the bank if the account and name does not correspond!

ITA good job In my opinion this company mades a great job for brand e their products. The insider let people know new products in a concret way: testing products, sharing photos and information, answering survey.
