My experience at RCA -Lucas B. My experience at RCA has been incredibly special. I have put myself in a position to level up my sales skills and my career! In fact, it has put me in such an amazing position to level up as a person and a leader. This has translated in many facets of my life and I beyond grateful for my coach in Luke and learning from Bryon and Cole himself. Now knowing what I’ve signed up for I would sign up again and again and I recommend anyone that is wanting to level up themselves and their lives this is the place to do so!

AVOID...if you're not gonna put in the work :) If you're looking for sales training, coaching, and a phenomenal community full of skilled, hard-working and talented people, RCA is 100% the place to be. Quite frankly, Cole Gordon changed my entire life before I even joined RCA. I first heard about him in early January 2023, through somebody who was quite proficient with using his setting/closing method, and my life was never the same since. His masterful way of practicing sales was very intriguing and was the match that ignited my undying interest in the industry. Eventually in late September of the same year, I joined, after literally 3 hours on a Zoom call with a person who really gave it his absolute all to help realign me with my decision to pursue sales and I couldn't be more grateful for that one person because that proved to be the most fruitful decision I ever made. I didn't know ANYTHING about sales, presenting on camera, tonality, sales skills in general, showing up for interviews, looking for remote positions online, etc, yet decided to put in the sheer amount of work necessary to make something of this decision and it took me places VERY fast. Most importantly, it was a massive mindset shift for me. I quit alcohol and smoking entirely, I stopped feeling like a piece of cr*p about myself and put all my effort in developing a version of myself that believed in CHANGE. My fantastic coaches, including but not limited to Sophie and Travis, were a massive influence towards that direction, and so can I say for the community of people that were more than generous to help out with my journey. To the "suspicious" naysayers who will pass off this review because I just got one review on my profile, I literally made a TrustPilot account to congratulate the serious amount of work and qualification that goes into all staff, personnel and all prospective clients of RCA, STA and 7FSA to really create a community of top performers who will elevate your sales skills to the next level and create the necessary conditions to succeed. And should I mention, landed me an offer in an industry I had no idea I'd do so well in, but after working in that offer it gave me so much more sales knowledge and insight, as well as an in-depth look into that industry. If you're looking to get into sales, DON'T SUFFER IN SILENCE!!! RCA is worth so much more than its pricetag, and if you read far enough to get here, you'll thank me for making this choice.

RCA is professional through and through. There is always value. Just finished up the Q&A class with Mitch. I've also recently done Closer Training, Setter Training, Mindset Training, Self-Sourcing, and Interview Training classes. These teachers are solid!! I've been through the training, interviewed in the pipeline and from self-sourced offers, held positions on offers, and recently returned to strengthen my skills and mindset. This team of coaches is professional through and through, and I have never regretted investing in RCA.

Worst investment I've made Worst investment I've made. Ruined my business capital with ZERO value gained. The team is after squeezing as much money as possible selling a very generic lead acquisition framework that you can find online for free and promises to book you sales people who are "trained" by them and I can first handedly say that these "trained" sales people can't close a door let alone a deal. Save your $15,000 and invest in something else. Anything else except this.

I have been with RCA for 4 months not… I have been with RCA for 4 months not only have I learn how to sales in a structure manner, but the coaches the system is amazing. So much support!!! The community is so much fun! A little background about me I’ve been a hairstylist for almost 30 years, and I was looking to change careers, and this is definitely been what I needed and would highly recommend to anybody.
