From Corporate 9-5 to Remote Closing I joined RCA in mid October and just landed my first SDR/setter gig 7 weeks later. I am coming from a corporate 9-5 environment where I felt like I wanted and deserved more, both personal growth wise and monetarily. I am taking a slight paycut in my first gig, but I see it as short term pain for long term gain. Great experience and coaching! Luke Caeton has been an incredible coach! From getting me trained up to getting on my first offer, and just always giving me great guidance. He kept checking up on me throughout me being on my offer and genuinely cares about me doing well. Really grateful. All the live trainings are amazing, and the feedback really helps to dial in your skill set. Worst Business Investment for my former Boss During a recent experience at a company that invested 15,000$ USD in Closers.io, I can with much 25+ years sales experience honestly say that all of the 5 stars review from people who have left only 1 review are either AI generated or paid for. I´ve had a successful sales career in stocks, retail, real estate, and in 3 companies I grew to six-figures. My motto is "Kill them with Kindness" - Closers is the opposite. My sales "trainer" Elizabeth told me in a meeting, "You have the be an a$$___. That is our best salesman. He has no empathy or feelings for the client. Why are you trying to be friends with the client?". After this experience it solidified my belief that this is not the type of sales training I would ever believe in or offer. Typical "Wolf of Wall Street" Always be Closing tactics. Dishonest and manipulative.
