RCA has literally changed my life… RCA has literally changed my life and has helped me develop my sales skills to a point where I'm now helping a startup go from 20k/mo to 200k/mo as head of sales. 2 years in and head of sales at a company, pretty awesome if you ask me. I have gone from living in a studio apartment in a crappy city to living in a 4 bedroom house (still renting though) and supporting my wife and daughter. AVOID...if you're not gonna put in the work :) If you're looking for sales training, coaching, and a phenomenal community full of skilled, hard-working and talented people, RCA is 100% the place to be. Quite frankly, Cole Gordon changed my entire life before I even joined RCA. I first heard about him in early January 2023, through somebody who was quite proficient with using his setting/closing method, and my life was never the same since. His masterful way of practicing sales was very intriguing and was the match that ignited my undying interest in the industry. Eventually in late September of the same year, I joined, after literally 3 hours on a Zoom call with a person who really gave it his absolute all to help realign me with my decision to pursue sales and I couldn't be more grateful for that one person because that proved to be the most fruitful decision I ever made. I didn't know ANYTHING about sales, presenting on camera, tonality, sales skills in general, showing up for interviews, looking for remote positions online, etc, yet decided to put in the sheer amount of work necessary to make something of this decision and it took me places VERY fast. Most importantly, it was a massive mindset shift for me. I quit alcohol and smoking entirely, I stopped feeling like a piece of cr*p about myself and put all my effort in developing a version of myself that believed in CHANGE. My fantastic coaches, including but not limited to Sophie and Travis, were a massive influence towards that direction, and so can I say for the community of people that were more than generous to help out with my journey. To the "suspicious" naysayers who will pass off this review because I just got one review on my profile, I literally made a TrustPilot account to congratulate the serious amount of work and qualification that goes into all staff, personnel and all prospective clients of RCA, STA and 7FSA to really create a community of top performers who will elevate your sales skills to the next level and create the necessary conditions to succeed. And should I mention, landed me an offer in an industry I had no idea I'd do so well in, but after working in that offer it gave me so much more sales knowledge and insight, as well as an in-depth look into that industry. If you're looking to get into sales, DON'T SUFFER IN SILENCE!!! RCA is worth so much more than its pricetag, and if you read far enough to get here, you'll thank me for making this choice.

Achieve your goals RCA is awesome, the amount of knowledge and value I’ve gained from this program is life changing. Also the support you receive from the community of people in the program is very uplifting and inspiring. My mindset on what it truly means to be successful is an ongoing process of hard work and determination. I have this academy to thank for that. From Corporate 9-5 to Remote Closing I joined RCA in mid October and just landed my first SDR/setter gig 7 weeks later. I am coming from a corporate 9-5 environment where I felt like I wanted and deserved more, both personal growth wise and monetarily. I am taking a slight paycut in my first gig, but I see it as short term pain for long term gain. My goal is to surpass my previous monthly income within 6 months and then continue to set new goals and exceed them. Really excited to take off in the remote closing space and never look back!

Only program I've ever gone through… Only program I've ever gone through that has delivered on all of their promises. The ONLY real reason why this program won't work for you is if you don't work yourself! Everything is laid out in a path and its virtually dummy proof. I got accepted into the Pipeline after 3 weeks of getting all my mocks done. I've now been on a Offer since November and I love the growth and learning experience it has provided.
