I have been with RCA for 4 months not… I have been with RCA for 4 months not only have I learn how to sales in a structure manner, but the coaches the system is amazing. So much support!!! The community is so much fun! A little background about me I’ve been a hairstylist for almost 30 years, and I was looking to change careers, and this is definitely been what I needed and would highly recommend to anybody.

Achieve your goals RCA is awesome, the amount of knowledge and value I’ve gained from this program is life changing. Also the support you receive from the community of people in the program is very uplifting and inspiring. My mindset on what it truly means to be successful is an ongoing process of hard work and determination. I have this academy to thank for that. My CSM Sophie Short has been tremendously helpful in motivating me to not only dream big but have a realistic action plan on how to get there which has given me insight and clarity like never before. RCA has literally changed my life… RCA has literally changed my life and has helped me develop my sales skills to a point where I'm now helping a startup go from 20k/mo to 200k/mo as head of sales. 2 years in and head of sales at a company, pretty awesome if you ask me. I have gone from living in a studio apartment in a crappy city to living in a 4 bedroom house (still renting though) and supporting my wife and daughter. Truly blessed I invested with them and put in the work. And yes, it's a lot of work, studying, practicing, and honing your skillset. Thank you RCA!

My experience at RCA -Lucas B. My experience at RCA has been incredibly special. I have put myself in a position to level up my sales skills and my career! In fact, it has put me in such an amazing position to level up as a person and a leader. This has translated in many facets of my life and I beyond grateful for my coach in Luke and learning from Bryon and Cole himself. RCA is professional through and through. There is always value. Just finished up the Q&A class with Mitch. I've also recently done Closer Training, Setter Training, Mindset Training, Self-Sourcing, and Interview Training classes. These teachers are solid!! I've been through the training, interviewed in the pipeline and from self-sourced offers, held positions on offers, and recently returned to strengthen my skills and mindset. This team of coaches is professional through and through, and I have never regretted investing in RCA.
