Since the first contact with the team (Jeseña), I noticed the entry-level bar is high. They will not let any closer enter the pipeline unless you have an outstanding experience. After this, Sophie Short embarked on a next-level journey discovering my biggest strengths, and based on the latter, she helped me find with their colleagues an adequate connection with their clients. Elizabeth Mee did magnificent work and found the perfect match for me. Greatest sales training in the world This company has helped immensely with my transition away from a decent paying, somewhat prestigious accounting career. And so much more. Joined Mar 2023 and I’ve have progressed in every aspect of life. Although it requires a lot of work (surprise), it’s worth the investment and time in yourself. I’ve met and networked with the top 1% in our sales industry and it’s the type of thing where once you’re in, you’ll see WAY more value than being on the outside looking in. From Corporate 9-5 to Remote Closing I joined RCA in mid October and just landed my first SDR/setter gig 7 weeks later. I am coming from a corporate 9-5 environment where I felt like I wanted and deserved more, both personal growth wise and monetarily. I am taking a slight paycut in my first gig, but I see it as short term pain for long term gain.
