I left the call with tons of helpful information, some lingo I didn’t know previously, and firsthand accounts of others interview prep plans. As usual Mitch shared some wise and in-depth tidbits related to the interview process which will serve me well when I’m at that point in the process and I thank him for that. From Corporate 9-5 to Remote Closing I joined RCA in mid October and just landed my first SDR/setter gig 7 weeks later. I am coming from a corporate 9-5 environment where I felt like I wanted and deserved more, both personal growth wise and monetarily. I am taking a slight paycut in my first gig, but I see it as short term pain for long term gain. My goal is to surpass my previous monthly income within 6 months and then continue to set new goals and exceed them. Really excited to take off in the remote closing space and never look back!
