A little background about me I’ve been a hairstylist for almost 30 years, and I was looking to change careers, and this is definitely been what I needed and would highly recommend to anybody.

Greatest sales training in the world This company has helped immensely with my transition away from a decent paying, somewhat prestigious accounting career. And so much more. Joined Mar 2023 and I’ve have progressed in every aspect of life. Although it requires a lot of work (surprise), it’s worth the investment and time in yourself. I’ve met and networked with the top 1% in our sales industry and it’s the type of thing where once you’re in, you’ll see WAY more value than being on the outside looking in. So take that leap of faith. Bet on yourself.

Greatest team ever. My experience with Closers.io has been incredible. This incredible company has two objectives: helping closers and helping business owners. Since the first contact with the team (Jeseña), I noticed the entry-level bar is high. They will not let any closer enter the pipeline unless you have an outstanding experience. After this, Sophie Short embarked on a next-level journey discovering my biggest strengths, and based on the latter, she helped me find with their colleagues an adequate connection with their clients. Elizabeth Mee did magnificent work and found the perfect match for me. I am grateful for the help both of them provided me, but I am also thankful for the help Emma, Kristen, and Luke gave me so I could prepare for the interviews. AVOID...if you're not gonna put in the work :) If you're looking for sales training, coaching, and a phenomenal community full of skilled, hard-working and talented people, RCA is 100% the place to be. Quite frankly, Cole Gordon changed my entire life before I even joined RCA. I first heard about him in early January 2023, through somebody who was quite proficient with using his setting/closing method, and my life was never the same since. His masterful way of practicing sales was very intriguing and was the match that ignited my undying interest in the industry. Eventually in late September of the same year, I joined, after literally 3 hours on a Zoom call with a person who really gave it his absolute all to help realign me with my decision to pursue sales and I couldn't be more grateful for that one person because that proved to be the most fruitful decision I ever made. I didn't know ANYTHING about sales, presenting on camera, tonality, sales skills in general, showing up for interviews, looking for remote positions online, etc, yet decided to put in the sheer amount of work necessary to make something of this decision and it took me places VERY fast. Most importantly, it was a massive mindset shift for me. I quit alcohol and smoking entirely, I stopped feeling like a piece of cr*p about myself and put all my effort in developing a version of myself that believed in CHANGE. My fantastic coaches, including but not limited to Sophie and Travis, were a massive influence towards that direction, and so can I say for the community of people that were more than generous to help out with my journey. To the "suspicious" naysayers who will pass off this review because I just got one review on my profile, I literally made a TrustPilot account to congratulate the serious amount of work and qualification that goes into all staff, personnel and all prospective clients of RCA, STA and 7FSA to really create a community of top performers who will elevate your sales skills to the next level and create the necessary conditions to succeed. And should I mention, landed me an offer in an industry I had no idea I'd do so well in, but after working in that offer it gave me so much more sales knowledge and insight, as well as an in-depth look into that industry. If you're looking to get into sales, DON'T SUFFER IN SILENCE!!! RCA is worth so much more than its pricetag, and if you read far enough to get here, you'll thank me for making this choice.
