Excellent Quality I have ordered custom made embroidered patches from Patches4Less several times. Each time I received my proof within hours, and they have ALWAYS been correct the first time. My patches usually arrive in just over two weeks and are absolutely excellent quality. They are not the lowest price embroidery company, but they are the best.

0% Customer Satisfaction should be their motto Their website states 100% customer satisfaction which is a complete lie. The patches we received did not match the "proof". After contacting them, they stated they cannot match the proof to the finished product and they wouldnt remake our order or provide a refund. What's the point of a proof??? Crooks!

Use an iPhone to order online This website had trouble processing my order on a desktop platform and on my MacBook, I was able to use an iPhone to complete my patch purchase. Other than the website crashing on all my devices other than my phone, they made it very easy to order custom patches in a timely fashion. (The desktop crash was on google, and MacBook crash was on safari)
