The team have an accute understanding of the inner workings which contribute to being able to "get things done". I had experienced 10 x failed appeals x 7 ASIN over 3 months, so like 70 appeals on a false IP Infringement report. Alyssa calmly took over, went in to battle for me, kept me informed at every step, we worked in tandem when required, and her communication was excellent. I am full of respect and appreciation. I cannot recommend Alyssa and the team supporting her more highly. Onboarding was clear and easy to follow, processes were great, every step was professional and friendly. Excellent service.

Very happy with results. Communication with the team assigned to my project was great. Our project manager Aireen was in touch with me every few days to give me an update. They sent me my first draft and I didn't feel I needed to make any changes so we uploaded that to Amazon. CTR basically doubled within the first few days. I'll probably purchase other packages and services from MyAmazonGuy.
