GBI am really sad to have to write this… I am really sad to have to write this review... and feel stupid for not reading these reviews in advance. I read and loved their book - and if all i did was focus on that i would have been okay. I worked my butt off trying to keep up with the overwhelming data dump. It was mind numbing. and after 90 days - yes i learned lots... and grew my group... and didn't get one new client and i will have paid about $10,000 - i reached to customer service, there was zero empathy or accountability - it all my fault. i can't tell you how disappointing that was. and now they are hiding behind the fine print of the contract. I would read the book and stop there...
