With her, and her coaches', help and the step-by-step method, I have: 1. created an introduction to myself (wake me up at 3AM and I will recite it without a pause :), 2. learned how to build relationships with various media professionals 3. been coached how to look good on camera The result? I participated in the aptly named Break Free Formula course, and did indeed break free from unconscious, unhelpful patterns after completing the class.
