UPDATE: They said they performed an analysis and results were not as expected and said either I had to start paying a monthly fee of $445 or end collaboration. I decided to end and use our previous ad campaigns, and our ads are doing great now by just managing them myself, Cost per acquisition is lower, overall transactions are up, and CPC is low. I wish more time would have been spent in the account, because they did not realize the potential, they only set 3 campaigns and never really touched them after that, and they never ended up doing well.
