GBThis program is very disappointing This program is very disappointing. There is zero tech support while using. I have tried to join hot seats and tech issues on GT part and left comments, contacted coach, and not one person commented or reached out. My coach did hours after. You have to reach out to a coach for any issue and they understandably can't drop everything so if you are having issues - you are out of luck. The videos are cringy to watch and not professional. The templates are basic and you could google or use chat got. For the price, I’m so disappointed. In the videos, many speakers talk down like you have no knowledge. I see them "selling" the program but I have been following the program and see NO Value. I’m actually frustrated as I have lost time and money. I have written lots of reviews. This is my first 1 star. I wish I could provide positive feedback. But I can’t. I've shared with my coach about bugs I've found, questions and I'm told that the developers aren't interested in making changes. You are better off getting a business coach or buying a program from Amy Porterfield, Jasmine Starr. My individual coach is great - that’s the highlight - but the platform is NOT user friendly or effective and I find they are not interested in making enhancements. Like I mentioned I haven’t learned one new or innovative idea since using. Lots of busy work. If you have any marketing experience - find a better platform.

GBGrowth Tools helped me learn to analyze… Growth Tools helped me learn to analyze my business, improve my lead generation and run a few successful email campaigns. I really appreciate the 1:1 coaching and the calls with other business owners and coaches. The platform has lots to teach and breaks up the playbooks into small, actionable steps. This makes it easy to not become overwhelmed. I recommend Growth Tools for anyone who feels like their business has untapped potential.

GBLuke and Matt have been great to work… Luke and Matt have been great to work with. Every step of the way has been refreshing to work with people that obviously care and listen to who I am, my pain points and goals. The whole team conducts themselves with such integrity and genuineness - not to mention, they're great at what they do and I know we're going to create results for my business!

CASave Your Hard Earned Money ... I had a horrible experience with Growth Tools and it continues today as I fight them to get my money back. I bought their "become a guest on other people's podcasts" course and between the time I paid my money and the time I started the course (a couple of months due to delays on their end -- management retreats and tech issues) guess what, it was no longer that course, it was now a "lead magnet swap" course. Bait and switch, first issue. When I finally got started, the learning platform didn't work the entire time I was with this group (buggy, the UX is clunky, tasks would show up week after week even tho they had been checked off as complete) and I was "passed" from Phase One to Phase Two despite NOT having any semblance of a back end tech stack. I checked off that I didn't have the one thing critical to being successful in this course and they either ignored that flag (my coach said that he didn't notice that I hadn't checked it off as not done) or just decided to move me on anyway towards a monthly coaching contract. When I finally flagged that I didn't have that tech stack system set up (after talking with one of my fellow students), instead of offering me coaching around it, they grudgingly allowed me a month to set it up myself and then proceeded to lock me out of the resources/platform that I needed to get that task completed. Lovely! This program is rigged towards them and them only and they DO NOT care about anyone that they can't move towards that monthly revenue. Sessions are like bootcamps, repetitive and quite frankly boring and that claim of "one on one" coaching is totally bogus. This is group work and you'd better get your homework done or you will be "fined" for not doing it. A seriously stressful experience and one that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Oh, and now, they are like teflon people and blaming me for not being able to complete the course despite me being 100% honest with them that I had no back-end to manage the lead magnets swaps even if I did get them. And for the record, talk to an OBM (online business manager -- a certified individual who manages business growth online) and they will tell you that lead magnet swaps are one of the most labour intensive and least productive of all of the online business growth tactics). Hire an OBM and save yourself the $8k that you will spend on this course. Update on this conversation ... As to the response below from Growth Tools. I have no idea what that actually means? And seriously, that's your idea of client service? Completely in keeping with your inability to take responsibility that you have totally missed the mark on this one. That is a non response Growth Tools. Do better please. If you are so sorry, give me my money back or does that "ironclad" guarantee you tout ever see the light of day?

CAYou will have a plan Before I started with Growth Tools, I had many ideas but no solid plan. With them, it was less emotional. They created a plan for me based on what I needed and then helped me stay accountable. That was very useful. The coaching staff is great. I worked with Mike Berry and Katherine MacDonnell and they were both amazing. They asked the right questions, helped me accountable to my own commitments, and even pointed out when I was being too hard on myself.
