They have a comprehensive and in dept training for appointment setting. You just need to follow their system since it's working, proven and tested.

Been in lead gen for 2 years, PEMA is the best I've seen. PEMA is great in most areas, but do have some areas to improve on. However, the areas that could use improvement, I'm sure are due to high volume of customers. (Can't make everyone happy) They are timely, helpful, consistent, hard working, and most of all, their system works. As the manager of this project for my team, I feel like their training is so beyond good. They really put in an effort and supply all the material to help you and your team learn this system.

One thing I've never seen is the attention to detail PEMA has in not only getting me leads/clients but their ability to train you to actually close these potential customers. It is by far the finest sales training I've ever experienced, it's truly world class. The other element is the quality of the leads/clients. They cut through the noise and put the exact right clients in front of me which speeds my ability to close them and help more people with my service. Outbound systems are the only evergreen marketing system we've ever seen lasting the test of time. Working with Pema, Cindy, Tim, and the whole team, was always a delightful experience! super responsive, on top of everything, and like always full of new ideas to be ahead of the game.
