Still waiting on refund 2 weeks later! Signed up to promote our events, wasn't impressed with the return and cost for said results. So I closed the account. Fast forward 1 month and they charged my card again for over $100. Evvnt emailed back on Nov 25 saying the refund will be actioned, it's now Dec 10th and I'm still awaiting the refund for the charge I did not authorise!

Personalized Attention Over the summer, I bought a premier subscription to support four large music events at our church, but then had to cancel that subscription because the church couldn't afford to maintain it. Prompt response and follow up. The prompt response to calling in a request for assistance. I received a phone call within 10-15 minutes of my call. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable and corrected issue while on the phone. He called me back about 20 minutes later to follow up to ensure the fix was still working.
