The roofing company I work for recently… The roofing company I work for recently started using AccuLynx and it seems easy enough. I didn't watch a tutorial or poke around on YouTube for videos yet, so I am learning on my own. Great organization from here on out!

Acculynx is a great program to use! AccuLynx is a great program to use to provide good customer service. It is thorough and easy to navigate. The recorded training sessions was very easy to use and allowed me to do when it was convenient for me and also to start and stop so I could take good notes. It is a way to make people accountable for their part and to make sure nothing is missed. Getting used to the software is the hardest part, but once you get that down it is very easy. The dashboard allows you to see the activity of everyone and keeps everyone notified of the changes being made. There are just a one change I would make such as a way to look up customer's by phone number or to give each individual customer a prospect I.D. number. this would make my CSR job a little easier....Besides this it is a great program to use and is good for the business.

Acculynx is great at keeping us ORGANIZED Acculynx is great at keeping us organized. I love the labor documents section - I load my crews and subcontractors paperwork and enter the expiration date - and Acculynx lets me know when it's expired! Also love the permit tracking feature - I know where we are and what inspections are needed Thank you

Seems great for larger companies We signed up for a trial to see how we liked the software. We found that we did like the organization capabilities, but overall our team is too small to fully utilize this type of setup. I think getting used to using the software is the hardest part, but once you have it down it's pretty easy to use. I like that everything is visible at a glance on the home screen, customer tracking is easy to understand, and multiple employees can have different levels of access to information. If our company grows in the next few years to include more people on our management team, I would likely use Acculynx again.
