Well worth the time I've had a good experience in this course—it's taken me time to apply the learnings, but Lee has given individual attention at many points, even after I changed directions. His kindness and generosity with his time in this way have made more than worth the investment. Although I'm still in the early phase of implementation, the model presented in Blue Theory seems like it works well and I'm starting to ramp it up without issues.
