Video editing could be improved in terms of minor errors to result in fewer revisions and less back and forth, but the end product always turns out to be what I requested. I'd recommend sharing brand guidelines and tone of voice with the team so that they have a good basis to keep creatives consistent with how your clients want to be seen. I think as a relatively new company they've done a good job so far. I believe pricing is a bit higher on the starter plan compared to some competitors, but if you have more than a couple clients and they spend a decent amount, the extra returns from better ad creatives more than offsets/justifies the price. Would recommend trying them out as it's no-commitment.
