Great landing page creator (once mastered) Amazing how I was able to make a really snappy and well-designed Landing Page for my book which was well-received and I believe was a significant factor in winning new clients. All for a very low monthly or annual investment. I've tried other landing page platforms but none have given me the desired effect that I get from Leadpages. Though I do still encounter problems when designing where my spacing is off and have a difficult time adjusting to how I want it to look. I've watched the tutorials to no avail. I can't tell if it's a platform limitation or my raw skill.

Poor business ethics I have tried many different websites / landing pages and online subscription based services in the past and it's the first time I do not get refunded for not cancelling my subscription before the 14 days trial. It's especially frustrating as I've used it for less than a day and realised that the features I was looking for were not offered by Leadpages.com I never received an invoice via email either so they are probably hoping it gets lost within your bank statement. Will not use again and do not recommend using them. Lots of other great providers that keep business ethical.

Bad experience with billing department Bad experience with billing department. I wanted a refund because you basically need to pay to use the platform and even try to create pages or a site. By the time you realize the platform won't work for you then they just tell you that you can't get a refund. I communicated with billing and even escalated it but they wouldn't do a simple refund for someone who never really used the platform. Bad practices. Update: As you will see from their reply they basically just say screw you and here's our terms of service. Whatever happened to just making expections to make a customer happy? This isn't the way companies run businesses these days.

Best Landing Page Host Out There! I've used LeadPages for over a year and love the user interface! It's super easy to create beautiful, responsive pages and integrate all the automations that keep my lead gen running smoothly. The metrics are straight forward and very helpful too! I've been through several landing page options, and would definitely recommend LeadPages as the cream of the crop.
