Excellent support This is the second time I've had to use the support desk provided by Leadpages. Even though it is email support I found on both occasions that the team were prompt in responding and also provide all the necessary information needed to resolve the situation.

If I could give six stars Bringing out a new startup to the world. Even with an MBA, I'm shockingly ignorant on marketing. Leadpages fixed that. Their software is perfectly-executed, their articles around marketing address the areas of my ignorance, but that isn't why I LOVE them. Laura from Leadpages provided an in-depth analysis of my first attempts. There was a tiny bit about how to use the software better, but the main focus was how to address my target market more effectively. Some people fall in love with Whole Foods or Apple. My tattoo will be for marketing software.

Great landing page creator (once mastered) Amazing how I was able to make a really snappy and well-designed Landing Page for my book which was well-received and I believe was a significant factor in winning new clients. All for a very low monthly or annual investment. I've tried other landing page platforms but none have given me the desired effect that I get from Leadpages. Though I do still encounter problems when designing where my spacing is off and have a difficult time adjusting to how I want it to look. I've watched the tutorials to no avail. I can't tell if it's a platform limitation or my raw skill.

The response has always been prompt, friendly and spot-on every single time! I feel much less stress about my online marketing, knowing that I can email them when an issue arises that I can't solve on my own. Leadpages Support sets a high standard in customer service!

I love working with LeadPages! I have loved working with LeadPages! They always provide the best customer service, especially for a non-techi older entrepreneur who still needs help with technology here and there. Their website builder is fantastic, and when I get stuck, they'll even make a video for me to follow. Not to mention, I don't need to worry about the updates, and the price you just can't beat! Really a great experience!
