This has been the most frustrating… This has been the most frustrating customer service and product experience I’ve had in awhile. I placed an order for (25) lapel pins for my company on 4/3/24 with a rush order to receive by 4/9/24 and this order still hasn’t arrived. I also reached out multiple times via email and phone to check the status of my order and no one contacted me until I demanded a full refund. They never provided me with a tracking number and have been very unprofessional. Don't be fooled, allow me to serve as your warning. Go elsewhere.

Great experience Great experience! We contacted through the website - we received response VERY quickly, then a phone call to make sure we received it and to answer any questions. Our rep, Ben, was absolutely amazing and responsive! We are impressed with the ease of making revisions and details in their quotes for services. We will definitely be referring them to others, as well as using them again.

Missed Delivery Date and Poor Customer Service We ordered bulk pins in September for 2 separate events we had in late October. They were scheduled to ship with plenty of time to receive them for end of October dates when we needed them. Neither order was received on time for either event and it was very difficult to get in contact with anyone. No one answered our calls or emails for over a week. Turns out pins were made and shipped from China which is why they didn't arrive on time. Everyone at each event was disappointed. Now no one will respond regarding a refund or promised discount. We wouldn't use them again.

Ben was professional and instrumental in ensuring our pin was customized exactly to our specifications. Moreover, our pins were delivered as promised, adding to the overall satisfaction with the service.

Praise the Lord! Our Ministry had a need of a lapel pin for our staff & members so we uploaded our "Conveying Hands of Victory" logo for the pin. It turned out looking great in the design phase but the finished product is better than we had hoped for & our Faith in ThePinZone was the substance that made things that be not ~ Become Spectacular! I will be ordering a second batch of these beauties and put them up on the Ministry Store for sale to all the Believers in the Victory Life! @Believersinthe1
