Awesome Platform I had an onboarding call with Esteban last month during which he was patient and helpful, showing me all the ins and outs of JoinBrands and how to get the most bang for my small business' buck. Joinbrands will definitely be a new staple in our ecommerce strategy. We've only been using it for about a month or so but wish we found it sooner. The User Experience is intuitive and it only took around 5 minutes to make my first campaign. Excited to see what new features they come out with next!

Do not waste your money here!!!! After the creator accepted the job and I sent the product out to her, she stopped responding to my chat messages and never uploaded any content. I wasted two whole weeks waiting for her. Joinbrands is not doing anything to resolve this issue or helping me get my product back or get reimbursed for the cost. It was a $200 product plus $20 shipping to the creator. I would steer away from this platform. Go somewhere else more reliable and accountable.

The BEST UGC platform! I've been using JoinBrands for about a year, and it is literally my favorite platform to create and sell UGC! The customer service is beyond perfect, they respond SO quickly and in a very friendly and helpful manner. There's always a big variety of jobs available for everyone, and diversity of users is always in big demand. The brands are great, and getting to try new products is a huge plus! Payment is super quick and easy, and the platform is super easy to use. LOVE JoinBrands!!

I’m obsessed with this platform I’m obsessed with this platform, as someone who’s brand new to UGC, this is such an easy and user friendly way to get started. Not to mention that by uploading the content they request for certifications, you’re also building a portfolio at the same time! Great customer service and you get paid out immediately. 10/10 recommend.

So grateful to have found this App! I joined JoinBrands about 2 months ago. I am so grateful for the extra money it has provided me this holiday season. I love how the jobs are so detailed and easily laid out. The communication with brands and the app are seamless and the customer service is amazing. Here are my tips... be open to several different types of jobs, check for new jobs often, respond immediately if a brand approves you (it can be taken quickly), step out of your comfort zone and try different things, and be open to feedback from brands -- it will only make you better and get you better reviews.
