I followed their system, I had an great success coach, but in the end, despite following all the steps, my efforts didn't lead to the promise of having the minimum number of ideal clients on my calendar. I followed their protocol and after doing so, requested a refund. They in turn offered me an additional 30 days to work with them; and, even though the momentum increased, the minimum number of appts was not achieved and I was given a full refund. I will say though, you have to follow the steps and request the refund within the required timeframe. I did that and was given 100% of my investment back. Although the alternative of the program being successful would've been preferable; I did in fact followe their protocol and requested a refunded in the time required, and was honored fully.
