When I became a VIP User, I was assigned a dedicated agent with 24/7 support and a Relation Manager officer if I ever need anything. PS: Their admins are super nice too.

My bitcoin deposit has not been confirmed and funds has not appeared on my dashboard, its already more than 5 hours and I already submitted the transaction hash to the ticket section as instructed on the platform 😀... I'm not happy with the platform already and I haven't bought anything yet 😕... don't think can recommended this 😕
