A great company to purchase from A great company to purchase from. Communication is great with fast delivery. A small hiccup that was taken care of and reshipped almost faster that the original order. A genuine service rarely executed in today's time. You can expect a great experience from this company. I would definitely recommend to family, friends, and business associates. Thank you.

Assertively optimistic Sales agent was a good listener, friendly and optimistic!

Amsterday Printing does not disappoint I could not be happier with Amsterdam Printing. I have ordered from National Pen for most of three years. However, because of their consistently poor service, I went on a search for a new Promotional Pen Company. I found Amsterdam Printing and I have been ordering from them exclusively. The website is easy to navigate. Shipping is reasonable. When I needed customer service assistance, JULIE was extremely helpful, polite, personable, and attentive. She even followed up with me later to make sure I was happy. Amsterdam offers discount codes and rebates (if u use Rakuten Rebates, screenshot your purchase experience or even video tape your entire purchase because Rakuten rarely follows through on their cash back without hassle—> offer good rebates but rarely follow through…just fyi). Amsterdam Printing also offer discount codes and they may even call you to offer an even better deal if you double your order through them. Amsterdam Printing is doing things right. They make the entire experience from start to finish a positive experience.

Great service… The graphics department worked with me to get the imprint like I wanted it. The imprint area is smaller than expected but the pens look great and write well.

Great service and excellent products Great service and excellent products
