Good company. Helpful when asked. Good company. Some communication barriers. In my opinion they could learn to speak in more layman's terms to better assist the customers who don't speak Google or code. Other than that, they tend to be very helpful when asked.

They are always there to help when needed. I have been working with Automatit for over 5 years and find there level of service second to none. Anytime I want a change it's done by next day. If there are any problems they look into it immediately and fix it. What more can you ask for?
