No brainer We signed up with agent launch in April of 2022. It has now been about 15 months. Our total expenses have been approximately $35,000 equating to about 1800 leads (give or take including management fees). We have now done 16 deals that have either closed or are pending. At a 730k average deal our GCI is approximately 200k. There is much room for improvement as we could be converting at a higher rate. I project our ROI will be even better next year. Well worth your time and effort if you are on the fence. We only actually closed 3 deals in 2022 and 13 in 2023 (so far). The first 6 to 9 months you likely will not see much of a return. The money is in the follow up!
