The social media posts they designed are very professional and they have done well keeping up with posting on all my social platforms every other day (per my contract). GBYoung and Inexperience with Terrible Customer Service I contacted them to help me with promoting a fundraising campaign. I paid $500 fee and $200 for promoting Facebook posts and the result was only $100 donations. They are young and inexperience. working with them was a complete waste of money and time. Their technical expertise with marketing is basic that you yourself can learn by watching some videos on YouTube. their customer service is terrible. I am writing this review after cancelling their service a week ago without anyone from the company contacting me.
