I think he knows how frustrating set up can be even with quite a bit of experience on other platforms. All I know is I no longer wait long for support and my start up time has been cut way back saving me tons of time and of course $$. The upstart support alone is worth gold. The team definitely invested in making sure their users had access to a solid learning system 3. New features were solicited for feedback and a roadmap is regularly discussed 4. I was very happy with the outreach options I could access all from one app & interface 5. I use this for B2B, Logging in really always has me thinking I should start a side B2C hustle
