Great experience and pleasure to work with... Working with subject lime was and still is a great experience. Riccardo is professional, attentive to details, patient, honest, accountable. Our business is complex when it comes to pop ups, subdivisions, E-mails and discounts. We are are regulated by number of Manufacture policies. So, many of them have to be considered when designing pop-ups, data collection and e-mail marketing strategy. It was very important to me that person we choose doe snot just use a cookie cutter approach: one approach works for all. This is a big reason why we did not hire any E-mail marketing agency in the past. Our's needs to be customized in MN may ways and requires understanding and mutual cooperation for the right strategy to be pout in place. Riccardo is just that. We had to go many times over it, study policies, make changes in order to be compliant with manufactures.
