I tend to be a meticulous person, and when I get one question answered, it leads me to a million more questions. Yet, for over an hour (not exaggerating), after being asked question after question after question, she was always attentive, quick to respond the whole way through, and explained all of these complex and intricate things about the system in a way that was easy to grasp and make decisions on.
