He's definitely one of the world experts on both e-commerce and Facebook ads. In my situation I had a store that was doing okay. Expensive DFY store Update - Got a response after I posted here on Trustpilot (certainly not before as their reply said, otherwise I wouldn't have even posted) and finally got my refund after another two weeks I purchased a Done For You (DFY) website for $69. I didn't expect much but it's really useless - The website looks worse than the default theme, and the so-called "helping you to look for a supplier" that costed $49, is done simply by asking you to install a Zendrop app. I immediately wanted a refund already, as they promised a 30-day money back guarantee. I have contacted them several times since two weeks ago and have got no response at all. I start to suspect that this is a scam and that the reviews are all fake - None of the reviewers is a verified person (except me). I will do an update here later if I do get a response from them.
